Iscriversi, studiare e laurearsi

Per richiedere certificati da produrre sul TERRITORIO NAZIONALE - compreso il “Diploma Supplement” (piano di studi in lingua inglese, solo per i laureati nuovo ordinamento) è necessario contattare la SEGRETERIA DEL DIPARTIMENTO.

Tutti i certificati saranno rilasciati pagando le imposte di bollo e riporteranno la dicitura “Il presente certificato non può essere prodotto agli organi della pubblica amministrazione o ai privati gestori di pubblici servizi.”.

Ricordiamo che, ai sensi dell'art. 15 della legge n. 183/2011, nei rapporti con gli organi della pubblica amministrazione e i gestori di pubblici servizi i certificati sono sostituiti dalle autocertificazioni degli interessati (art. 46 e 47 del D.P.R. n. 445 del 2000).

Per ottenere le autocertificazioni (in lingua italiana) basta accedere al sistema Esse3 e stamparla gratuitamente ed in autonomia.

It is possible to request the FOREIGN USE certificate for the following uses:

• Residency permit
• Family Allowances
• Generic for foreign use

It should be noted that, pursuant to art. 15 of the law n. 183/2011, certificates to be produced for public administrations and public service managers can no longer be issued and accepted. Those interested in these cases will only have to produce SELF-CERTIFICATIONS.

The above provision does not apply if the certificate is presented to foreign subjects or public bodies.

For the issuance of the certificate, the taxes relating to the necessary virtual stamp duties will be generated in Esse3 (€16.00 for the application, plus €16.00 for each certificate requested).

The application form is available from Monday 9 am to Friday 2 pm.

To obtain a SELF-CERTIFICATION, with the exams taken, or without the exams taken (in Italian), simply access the Esse3 system and print it free of charge and autonomously.

Graduates from 1/1/2010 to 12/31/2021: you can collect the parchment, without an appointment, at the desks of the Educational Services Area, on the days and opening hours indicated at the bottom of the page.

Graduates before 1/1/2010: a pre-withdrawal administrative check is required. Once the administrative verification has been completed, you can collect the parchment, without an appointment, at the desks of the Educational Services Area, on the days and at the opening hours indicated at the bottom of the page.

L'Ateneo, al termine di un Corso di studio, rilascia un documento integrativo del titolo di studio ufficiale denominato Diploma Supplement, con il quale si fornisce una descrizione della natura, del livello, del contenuto e dello status degli studi effettuati e completati dallo studente.

Il Diploma Supplement è rilasciato solo per i titoli di cui all’ordinamento ex D.M. 270/2004.
